My name is Martin Casper or M.C. for short. I was born in Windhoek (Namibia) on the 28ᵗʰ of August 2002. I am a goal driven person that strives towards making a success of any task or duty. I enjoy learning new things and working with a team of determined individuals. My goal is to make technological advancements with Drones/UAV's in the Primary Sector to increase efficiency and workflow.

General Farm Worker
I have experience in many aspects of farming from breeding sheep and goat for the local and international meat market, expansion and development of land, facing various challenges throughout the course of work and dealing with them adequately, I also have experience in drone operations, preventing stock theft during the day and night, doing mapping and surveying work and some aerial photography and videography. I worked here for approximately 5 month when I decided it's time for a new endeavor.

Commercial Drone Operator - Freelancing Experience
After I did my commercial drone pilot license, I started to cater to anyone who has any Aerial photography/Videography needs.
Thus far:
- I have engaged in many sectors of work through drone operations, this being in the filming industry, mining sector and industrial sector.
Since working in all of these sectors it has expanded my knowledge in not only drone operations but also the way business is conducted in these sectors. This has allowed me to be more creative in the process and has increased my skill as a commercial drone operator.

Experience with Aerial Photography and mapping with drone:
- During my Business ventures I experimented and taught myself how to do mapping with my drone within the DroneDeploy & Mission Planner program, also conducting over 20 hours worth of simulated and actual BVLOS missions
- I have experience and skills with video formats and editing of drone footage and camera footage.
- I know how to fly safely and according to the rules that were laid out to my during training for my RPAS Commercial Remote Pilot License (RPL).
- On the farm I did measurements with my drone from fence post to fence post in order to calculate the cost of installing electrical fence all along the border of the farm.
- I did regular check-ups on solar panels and windmills from the air with my drone.
- I located lost cattle that escaped from their camps.
